Janus looks backwards, forwards and asks us to reflect. It is interesting to note that the making of new year’s resolutions is noted going back thousands of years.
New Moons represent beginnings, a new start – we have one for the whole year and at least one every month thereafter to check in with what we have resolved to do, assess, keep on track or adjust.
What a wonderful occasion to celebrate the statement of our intentions at the time of the first New Moon of this New Year 2019!
